Shipping & Returns 

Products can be exchanged or credited within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt and not damage box.

We do not accept refunds if a customer changes their mind or a qualified technician does not install the product or cancel the job. 

The item must not be damaged in any way or have been used.

If we found that the product has a major fault or problem, then this will need to be assessed by our team and may be covered by manufacturer Warranty and we can offer a full refund, but if the product has a minor faulty or problems we can offer a repair of the product.

If a credit card or merchant was used in payment, then a merchant charge for a refund may apply.

​

If the Product is found not to have any problems, then the Customer will be liable for any transport/return and other associated costs.

​

Restocking fee of 20 or 30 % may apply.
